Hey there.

I have installed sql express 2005 and DNN 4.8.4 after that every day the service of SQL SERVER stopping at some instance of time. And i have to go and manually start it. Can you tell me is this a bug with DNN. I have a live website running on DNN and this stopping of service is causing me buisness loss. So Please tell what can i do to this. Please reply ASAP.

dotnetnuke would not have the rights or ability to affect your database server, it only creates & edits objects and reads/writes/deletes data. If your sql server is stopping on a daily basis I'd check for any scheduled jobs, and see if there are any tasks in sql agent that are causing the issue e.g. there might be a sql agent job that is doing a backup and for some reason is stopping the server.
