Hi,

I have Italian language pack and localizations on it on this online tennis shop. However, not all resources like the wordt Quantità are translated correctly. It is shown as: quantitÃ. Can anybody tell me how to fix this? It seems that if you leave the quantity for a product empty, the correct character is shown, but for the quantity label itself not.

Any help appreciated.

J.

this sems to be an encoding issue, please make sure, that you specify UTF-8 as encoding to be used in your web.config file.

I have next encoding in web.config:

   <globalization culture="en-US" uiCulture="en" requestEncoding="UTF-8" responseEncoding="UTF-8" fileEncoding="UTF-8" />

It seems I cannot add "it-IT".

Did you check the encoding settings in your browser - it should detect coding automatically.

I do not understand why I should change these. I never changed them: not for IE 7 and not for FF. Also other users are having these strange characters. I also checked the file encoding of the .resx file: also UTF-8. Any help appreciated.
