You want to change the block of code that you posted in your last post.  It should be in the page at /admin/security/register.ascx.

Thanks for help me!!

Now I see the textbox in single lines but I still see the with too long (larger)

I would like to see the register page with the same width of my portal... I thinked that the problem was the 2 columns in register page.... But I still see empty space with single single text box

How Can I reduce the width...as other portal layout??

Well, you can change the width attribute in the tr tags to be smaller than 350.  Also, check the table tag to see if there is a width attribute set in it.  If there is, you might want to change that to a smaller value.  Other than that, I don't really know.
