Need help?????????????

I builded an intranet for my company and the user can make a request for support.The intranet works just fine and with the click of the button i get an email of that request.Sorry i forgot that the intranet is written in asp.net 2.0 .My question is if i can put in that email code that with the buttons i can forward that and peply to someone.any suggestions pls???????

I usually accomplish this sort of thing by making a web form through XMOD (www.dnndev.com) that emails me and makes the sender fill in (or auto fill if they are logged in) their email address. That's a pretty simple way of ensuring you have a return email address. I don't know how else you would get a return email address for someone that didn't submit one with the initial request.
