I am moving my sites to a Virtual Environment from a dedicated server, where my sites have been running for years now. Every time the BIN changes and a recompile takes place the Under Construction.html (UC) pages gets created and the site is unavailable until I delete the UC page.
Recompiling seems to be the cuprite, but I'm thinking could low resources be causing DNN to error and generate the UC page.

Checking the DNN log reports: The application is closing due to the hosting environment.
Checking IIS log: No error reported.
Checking Event log: No error reported.

Running: WinServer 2005 (64), SQLServerExpress Advanced SP1 using 1024meg, DNN 4.8.4, ASP.NET 3.5

Is there any other logs that could give an indication of problems.

Thanx

L Douglas
