Upgraded to 4.8.4 and all seemed to be going well until the database upgrade. The dialog box for that started the first folder fine and then errored infinitely until I stopped it. Restarted the site and all seemed to be well (I noticed there were no database updates for 4.8.4 unless I missed something) . However, when ever the site sites up now for the first time when the aspnet_wp has to start it redirects to "http://www.mysite.com/Install/Install.aspx?mode=upgrade" instead of  to default.

What was missed and how to I get 4.8.4 setup correctly. This was an upgrade 4.8.3.
