The AMI Global Conference Room Manager Module for DotNetNuke portals is now in Beta release and is targeted for general release on March 20, 2006.

This full featured installable module allows you to create, organize, and book conference rooms on a global basis.

The Conference Room Manager Module has the following features.

• Lets you create "Rooms" and "Room Resources" for locations all over the world and organize those rooms and the resources.
• Allows users of your portal to book room reservations.
• Keeps details about the reservations such as who reserved the room, when, for how long, and the purpose of the booking.
• Lets you control through roles who can book the rooms, who can edit an existing reservation, and who can book recurring reservations.
• Allows you to specify the resources, services and equipment that belong to a room such as Overhead Projector, Speaker Phone, Coffee, Catering, etc.
• Lets you create your own set of room resources for each module instance on your site.
• Lets you create links to Maps that users can click on to see how to get to a room.
• Rooms store information such as location, building, floor, administrative support staff telephone numbers, and room description.
• Each room can be color coded for easy identification.
• Select from ten different color schemes to match just about any DNN color theme.  If you need a custom color theme let us know.
• Set starting and ending business hours for display on the room day calendar.
• Allows you to create reservations outside normal business hours and will automatically adjust the hours displayed if a reservation is made during non-business hours.
• Non-business hours are displayed in a slightly different color than the normal background color for easy identification.
• Allows you to set 12 or 24 hour clock mode so reservation times and booking show in the clock mode you specify.
• Lets you choose different date display modes.
• Localization ready.
