You were right about my local port 25. It turns out my Outlook experiment was irrelevant because it appears that AT&T denies port 25 traffic unless you specifically request to be whitelisted. I finally got someone on the phone that acknowledged that THEY (UplinkEarth) don't use port 25 anymore... they use 1025.

The frist UplinkEarth tech rep SWORE that my application wasn't sending mail from my DNN portal because MY port 25 is blocked... even though the application is hosted on their servers (frustrating)!! I'm glad to know i'm not completely crazy...

Hi Robert,

Glad you were able to get your issue corrected.  The fact that GoDaddy requires a relay completely slipped my mind.
