i'm getting the same error as another poster.   my knowledge is really basic.  on every page there is this message.

A critical error has occurred.
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

does anyone know how i can fix this

Can you get logged in at all or is this error preventing that? If you can log in with either Admin or Host credentials you should get a better error message.

Hi PRobinson,

Once logged in as an administrator, select Admin and then Event Viewer from the menu.  Look for the most recent "red" general exception (or page load exception) and click on it to expand its details.

Copy and paste those details here (especially the call stack).  These details will be the minimum information necessary for anyone to be able to begin helping with your issue.
