Hello,

I have a version of dnn that I would like to know what it's version number is, I cannot get it running, so how can I find the version from within the code, is there a file which would have this information.

Thanks,

Mike

It may be in the database but I don't have access to mine at the moment so I can't tell you which table to look in (might be Version(?)). Or you could look in the Providers/DataProvider/SQLDataProvider directory. There's a .log file for every .sqldataprovider that's run. That should get you close to what version you're running.

That said, perhaps your fellow forum users can help. What error(s) are you seeing when you try to launch the site?
