I'm getting the following error when adding a new user. Has anyone else seen this? I also get an error when deleting users.

Error: Add New User is currently unavailable.

What version of DNN are you using Brent? Any special providers that you're using or just the DNN Standard?

Is this happening when you're manually trying to add a user under User Accounts? Does the account still get added even though you get the error (or are you not getting that far)?

It happens when I am manually adding a user. The user still gets added I just get that error.
