I just ran a fresh install and tried to login with either of the default admin or host accounts. None of them work! It just returns this message:

"Login Failed, remember that Passwords are case sensitive"

Are there any checks I can do to debug this?

If you used the wizard the defaults aren't the password.  It's what you entered when asked.

I had to register a new user and switch the IsSuperUser flag in the Users table for this new user. I then had access to all of the host settings and logged in fine. Very odd that both the admin and host accounts didn't work on a fresh install.

Ah - I didn't use the wizard. Does that mean the passwords don't get generated at all?

The default text on the home tab tells me the following: admin/dnnadmin and host/dnnhost
