^^ Excellent research mate. Can you please let me know what SQL script should I run to fix this problem? Thanks again for your wonderful work.

I didn't run a script myself, I changed the value column in the scripts table to match the ForumType list as I described in the last post.  The ForumBehavior list I got from a working system, I copy / pasted it in Management Studio between the two databases.  Sorry, I didn't create a script for either fix.

Can you please post some steps what exactly needed to be done, so that I can also follow them to fix the problem at my website? I'll really appreciate your kind help.

Ok, sorry if i am rehashing anythnig but i am trying to understand. I just recently used the DNN 4.8.4 upgrade package to upgrade from 4.8.2 to 4.8.4. I was posting in my forums as replies but when i went to create a new thread in an existing forum, i got the "Object reference not set to an instance of an object"

If i understand correctly, this is related and the SQL permission table on the upgrade package for DNN 4.8.4?

Just trying to clarify for my sake,

Thank you,

Dean
