Access Denied means that your main page is not on exact same domain name as the one inside IFrame. note that www.mysite.com is not considered the same domain as mysite.com

There were no changes taht would've affected IFrame module going from 4.8 to 4.9

 

Let me know if it worked.

That is correct, and will be the case in ever instance.

my portal is sitting on a machine called PORTAL01

all of my iframe apps that I have built are on another machine called APP02.

They're both in the same domain.  How can I show my APP02 applications inside my DNN portal on PORTAL01 without causing one of these messages every time?

I also just realized that my original tests were on the same machine.

is there any way to use VivaIframe as I described?  I REALLY don't want to put it all on the same box.

 The issue here was - user had Autosize checked on, and, because Autosize works only if the IFrame'd page is on the same exactly domain as the main page, it was causing the error Access Denied.
