how can i minimize the privelages of the admin role??

exp: i want to give a user the privelage to create users and Roles (Only).

this is a little explanation about my post, just to make sure you understood me clearly:

First i'm using DNN 4.8.4

i want to give permission to a specifique user allowing him to create roles and users.Also i want to leave the permissions of Admin and Host as they are.

When trying to solve this issue, i have added to the TabPermission Table in the DB:

(<<this is the tabid of the admin control>>,3,'True',this is the role that you wish to allow access,NULL)

it worked = the user Acount tab is now showed in the menu, but when trying to add a new user , an error occured:

You are not authorized to edit this user.

So that's my Problem :) .

So as you told me this not feasible in this current version of DNN. And this will be implemented in DNN 5.0.

Do you know approximately when it will be released ?? (cause i have a dead line and i wanna know if i could implement such a feature!!!!!!)
