I reviewed the online help but am unclear on whether a single blog can have multiple authors.  Can you give me insight?  Thanks.

Hi Kathy,

unfortunately at the moment the Blog module doesn't support multiple users to contribute to the same blog. As Don usually suggests, you can however create a general account under dnn called something like "bloggers" and create a blog with this user. Then all your bloggers will share these account credentials and will be able to post on that blog, or contribute to each one's entries.

Certainly this is a workaround. Having more than one account contributing to each blog will be a key feature for the future versions that will require a specific built in architecture in the module.

Best regards,
Dario Rossa

Hi Kathy,

If Dario's suggestion doesn't work for you, you can check out digMeta.  Your users will need to post with Windows Live Writer, but in digMeta you can assign specific roles or users to post to 1 blog.  However, as Dario said, the DNN blog will only show it as 1 user having posted to the blog, not as the individual users.

Thanks,

Mike
