I am trying to install Starter package on a Vista PC.  I have SQL Server 2005 installed on Server 3003.  When I attempt to run I am getting this message:

Login failed for user ''. The user is not associated with a trusted SQL Server connection.

I have ensured SQL Server is on SQL Server and Windows Authentication Mode.  Below is my connection string.  I do not know how to connect to my SQL Server.

Can anyone please help.  I created both Windows account on my Server 2003 box and a SQL Server account - neither work.  Which one should I be using?  I connect to SQL Server using Windows Authentication mode.

add name="SiteSqlServer" connectionString="Server=BAUTISTASERVER\BAUTISTA_SQL_DEV;Database=dnn;Integrated Security=True;trusted_connection=true;User ID=dnnuser;Password=*;" providerName="System.Data.SqlClient" />
