Hi i still got a problem with the stats in awStats

First the config files did look like

LogFile="d:/LogFiles/w3svc1954768801/ex%YY-24%MM-24%DD-24.log"

SiteDomain=www.domain.com

HostAliases=www.domein.com www.domein.com 127.0.0.1 localhost

With that config file all portals had the same stats. Then we changes the HostAliases into:

HostAliases=www.domain.com

Only now i get none statistics

Does anyone what i've done wrong?

Edit:

Finally i have it working :), thanks for the help

I like google analytics as well but it does not report file downloads from within a dnn site.

I personally just use Google Analytics, it works great for my purposes.

Mitch, How do you handle multiple sites within a portal?

cheers

Not sure about Mitch but I also have Google Analytics on several websites within a single DNN instance. I simply add the Google code to my site's skins after setting up a profile in my Analytics account. It works well for my needs. I'm also able so share a single site's stats with a client if they also have a Google account.
