I think it would be usefull to have a 3rd level of CSS for single page styles.

Actually we have Skin.css for structure and Portal.css for all portal-content styles;
this is great but very often I use some styles for single page content only; so my Portal.css is quite big and any page have to load also many styles that are not used in that page. 

It would be usefull to have in Portal Root something like Tab123.css, Tab124.css which contain only styles to load in Tab 123, 124 and so on...

What do think about it? let me now

the proper way to do that at this moment is to create a skin per page

You could also use a skinobject that loads a specific css file for specific pages (not sure if such a skinobject exists though.. not hard to make either...)

Or use the CSS for whatever container is holding the content.
