Over on LiveJournal, I've added the DNN Blogs RSS feed to my Friends page a few months ago.  However, every entry that shows up is peppered with the character "Â".  They seem to appear between sentences, in bulleted lists, and other places where HTML tags would normally be.  However, embedded images show up just fine.

Is there something that can be done on this end to clean up those characters, or is the problem with LiveJournal's syndication reader?  For the record, I'm also viewing several RSS feeds on my Friends page from other sources, and the DNN feeds are the only ones showing this problem.

It seems the unnecessay  characters are trying to replace hard spaces ( ).

Can you provide a link to your rss feed, so that I can see what exactly you are talking about.

The RSS feed, as seen on LiveJournal, is here.  Clicking on any of the entries will show how they look when shown on a LJ user's Friends page.

Looking at the raw feed, everything looks normal.  This would suggest something's going wrong at the LiveJournal end of the connection.  However, I don't see this problem with other RSS feeds I've got coming in.

Could it be some sort of code-page-like issue?

Hmm...  Looking at the Syndication Information page, I see I'm the only one who reads this feed on LJ, so I guess it's not a major issue.  I'd just like to be sure it isn't a DNN Blogs bug.

Could it be some sort of .....

I believe no, but the whole problem looks a little bit strange.

I have done some additional tests and can't find anything what could be the reason for the problem what occurs on the LiveJournals site.

I will have an eye on the problem in the future development.
