DNN version 4.8.3

This error comes up intermittenly when re-uploading a file using File Manager.

An Error Has Occurred When Attempting To Save The File \Portals\0\banners\banner_rotator.js. Please Contact Your Hosting Provider To Ensure The Appropriate Security Settings Have Been Enabled On The Server.

Like I said, it's intermittent: sometimes it works, sometimes it throws an error.  Immediately after it works, I would try to re-upload again and I would get the error.  A few seconds later, I try again, it works. Any ideas?
