Hi, I have added the LINKS module to my skin to display a links to the child pages of the current page (by setting the attribute level="Child").
When a page does not have any child pages, the LINKS module seems to display links to all pages which have the same parent as the current page.

Is it possible to change that behaviour so that the LINKS module doesn't display any links if there are no child pages?

Thanks for any help,
Martin

Have you thought about applying a different skin with the attribute changed, and applying to the sub pages.

If it's on DNN, I fix, build, deploy, support, skin, host, design, consult, implement, integrate and done since 2003.

Yes that was my first thought and indeed it does work.
But I wanted to make things as easy as possible for the people who create pages and content.

In my opinion the LINKS skinobject (with level="Child") should not display any links if there are no child pages.
Anyway, I guess I will have a look at the sourcecode of the LINKS skinobject and use that at the same time as a starter for advanced DNN adventures (creating my own modules).

Thanks,
Martin

Yes there are always compromises aren't there.

But what about looking at the http://www.inventua.com menu - it can be managed as a skinobject and a module so it's handy for the overlap when the rules don't apply.
