I want to customize the Survey module with adding images to it.

Can someone guide me on that please?

i want this sort of a thing


Question:

Image 1:                                                               Image 2:                                                   and more options if required
Description 1 (if required)                                       Desciption 2 (if required)

Option 1( Checkbox or radio button)                         Option 2 (same)

and more questions... if required...

i just want to add images and decription to the answering options.. can you guide me on that sir.?? or perhaps can you include that in your next release
