I manage a website which uses DotNetNuke. A marketing director at a sister company is currently using Adobe Contribute and wants to move away from it. He's being advised that DNN and Joomla are the premier open source CMSs but wants me to help with the decision since we already use DNN.

My chief complaint with DNN is that a multi-tiered environment is not supported other than that I have been pretty happy with it.

Has anyone here also had any experience with Joomla! such that you could compare the 2 and give me any advice on which way to go?  The pro's and con's of each?
