Are there any modules you guys recommend as an alternative DNN text editor?

You will need to specify requirements that aren't met by the FCK editor. Otherwise any recommendation is a shot in the dark.

I've tried a few, but have always championed FCK because of the way it can be customised in great detail per portal. None of the others are as flexible in a multi portal system. The only thign that has ever drawn me to test others is the need to provide inline image processing, specifically, resizing. This is an option on a couple of the others, but turned out to be far too complex to pass on to my users.

I suggest getting into the FCK forum here and learn how to configure it, because by default it's not all that great either.

Rob
