Well, I want to ask you if its typical for your support that its ignored, maybe your modules are good but also good modules sometimes need support. The last year I tried about 4 times to ask you about problems with your announcement module and never got an answer, the last time I asked here in the official dotnetnuke forum (localize it) for a announcement module that is working and you answered me if I can send you a screenshot or the error message and that your module is well working and you cannot understand whats the problem. I sent it to you one day later and you did not answered me again! Instead of programming new Modules you should think about a relaunch your support because its not very nice of you to ignore me and post in an official forum that you always help out if there are troubles. I am sorry if this message is not the friendliest but i was really patient and waited from 22.8.08 until today for your answer and one day I have to say what I am thinking.

Kind Regards,

Sabine Kreuzer

Sabine,

I am sorry there has been a communication glitch. I am trying to find your mail, but i could not find it. What mail did you send me from? Could you also maybe contact me directly on msn (support at apollo-software dot com)?

I believe the issue has been resolved. This just goes to show that email is not a medium that can be trusted.... this is just a reminder, i give also support for my modules through MSN, with account support at apollo-software dot com
