If you go into host -> languages -> language editor -> local resources -> store -> providers -> gateway providers -> email provider -> app_localresources -> emailpayment.ascx you can edit any section of the e-mail that is sent out, however I don't think this is what you're looking for exactly.

I have a similar question, the e-mail the customer is sent is just fine, but for the e-mail the administrator receives, I'd like the customers e-mail address to be included so that it is easy to send a reply to them, how should I go about doing this?

Hi all, we been having a similar problem with store module. We use email gateway. What we finally figured out is that after user presses checkout if he doesn't complete the next page page with address etc but insted presses backspace to abort the operation, the order is still enteredin the system, it gets a number but all other fields are "not available". Unless this is a bug I would appreciate some suggestions on what I might be doing wrong.
