Getting errors after creation of dev environment.

Have two separate hosting servers set up with crystaltech.com.  Production and development.  Running DNN 4.8.

I want to create a dev environment for my production site.  (Let's say site A is production and site B is the dev)

I/ve copied all files and database from site A to site B, and updated the web config to point to dev B's database.

I can't get anything to run.  I don't have it locally because the site is very large but here are the errors that come up remotely:

I'm not the best at code but have been working w/ dnn for a couple of years.  I have many third party modules applied to my site and have had a production and dev environment previously for this site.  Any help with the following error and or ideas moving forward would be greatly appreciated.

That looks like file permissions errors to me.  The website can't see the files in the bin folder, so it can't initialize those types.

Make sure that your application has Modify permissions on the bin folder.

Hope that helps,
