I'm trying to upload an image to site files via image gallery, but I get this error:

An Error Has Occurred When Attempting To Save The File
D:\vHosts\v.com\httpdoc\v_source3\Website\Portals\0\test.JPG.
Please Contact Your Hosting Provider To Ensure The Appropriate Security Settings Have Been Enabled On The Server.

So what are the Appropriate Security Settings in order to upload image via the site?

the useridentity used to run DNN under (you can find out what that user is in Host Settings), needs to have modify permissions on the physical folder.

an other possibility is that test.jpg already exists in that location and that it is either in use by an other process or marked for deletion by windows, or corrupt. So if rights to the DNN application Directory are correct, you might also try running chkdsk on the server
