The "Register" link on the Login module doesn't work. When a user clicks on "Register" it either goes to a Error page "The resource cannot be found" or just recyles the page containing the Login module. How can I fix this?

Have you, perhaps, specified a custom registration page that doesn't actually exist?

When clicking 'login' or 'register', the module (form) does not appear.  This is the second installation of DNN that this has happened on.  It seems to occur after making changes to the file structure of the solution in Visual Studio 2008.  However, as far as I know, nothing was altered that involved the login.  Do you have any clues here?
