No, the Performance setting for caching modules does not change the way PageBlaster caches the whole page.

Also by default PageBlaster does not cache authenticated users. So I recommend that the module performance setting be set to heavy caching and cache in memory for authenticated users.

If you are running your test as an unauthenticated user (logged out) you should see dramatic changes after the pages have been requested/cached for the first time.

PageBlaster also optimizes your pages by reducing merging and compressing static JS & CSS files, etc.

I tested PageBlaster again and the result is almost same. May you give me you email adddress. My email is yemingdeng@gmail.com. I can send you the result with picture and I found a little bug.

Another item to consider is to ensure that you have modules in your test that are setup correctly for caching.  Individual modules can add to the number of database calls executed if they are developed in a manner that doesn't work in the most efficient manner.

Your SQL profile trace indicates that the caching is not happening on your site.

There are two types of caching - you can cache the page content and/or you can cache the core objects.  Your trace indicates that the latter is either disabled or you do not have enough memory assigned to the worker process for the cache to work.

That's cool. But how to enable cache of the core objects? I can not find it on host setting page and web.config.
