I seemed to have been hacked 2 times in 2days, where all of my database tables seemed to have been dropped, Now I cant see any evidence in the log files, but that could be because plesk is not crash hot. Or it coul be my hosting provider scrwing me around, but thats doubtful.

The only non standard module I have installed is Orizonti.Newsletter-1.2, and also using the freetextbox.dll but from a google search I am not finding any vulnerabilities that could drop all tables within a database.

Any ideas, this is very frustrating now.

Are you from Australia? My wife and her sister say Crash Hot.

I don't know of any 4.8.4 vulnerabilities, though if you server isn't secure it's possible people are getting into the server or database server and jacking with information.

Can you list off the core modules that you are using?

Rather than discuss this in public, please send an email to security AT dotnetnuke.com and we'll be happy to discuss the potential problems.  If there is an issue we don't want to exacerbate the problem by discussing it in public.

As Joe says, these things should be discussed via the security@dotnetnuke.com alias, however I would like to point out that I posted on 2 threads yesterday from a user who appeared to be suffering from a php/plesk issue, it appears to be cropping up a lot recently.
