View Count? ..

At par with Wordpress, MovableType?

Does Wordpress and/or MovableType show the View Count of a blog?

If you need this simply for your own tracking purposes, isn't something like Google Analytics better that a tacky view count?

Yes, For example, PostView Plugin

Having view counts is just like comment count, gives the readers an idea of how popular the posts have been. Not sure how Google Analytics could do the same job. E.g., the websites where you can find comment count in full flow(and very helpful): http://lifehacker.com/, http://valleywag.com ,

Using Google Analytics on a website is probably the worst of the anti-SEO measures anybody can take; not to mention the privacy of visitors that is given away!

+1 for my $postCount

BTW, I did see one minor bug but I'm holding out on reporting it.  I don't want anything to hold up the release process! Amen.

We don't stop releases if it's a minor bug, please report: http://support.dotnetnuke.com so it can be evaled and fixed (at some stage).

Even if it was a major bug I doubt it would stop the release tracking as everyone understands the need for release. The only time I guess it would be pulled is if the bug destroyed DNN installations, corrupted historical data or had a serious security risk.

Thanks Alex, I didn't think the bug was even worth bothering about (at least not right now).
