I am unable to delete a skin becuase DNN 4.8.* says it is in use.  I can't find where it might be in use though.  I have delete all my portals except for the root portal and have deleted all pages in the portal except for the main page.

How can I tell where this skin is being used?

Is there a way to force delete it?

What other choices do I have?

When you deleted the pages, did you empty them from the recycle bin? might still be in there "in use"

Try to click the "Restore Default Skin"  at Admin's skin setting page at first.
