I have the security settings for my site set to Private.  However, if I want to reject a registration and delete the user account, I get the message: "Error Deleting User".  How can I delete the user accounts that I want to reject?  I'm running 4.8.4.

do you use 3rd party modules, which might have added relation to the users table?

Possibly.  I do have a few 3rd party modules.  How can I tell if they added relations to the users table?

I've been thinking about this problem.  Why would 3rd party modules have any affect on not being able to delete a user that was just created?  The user acccount has not been logged into, and there are no references to this user in any 3rd party module tables (I checked as best as I could).  Simply having a foreign key defined to the user table shouldn't be enough to prevent deletion, should it?

I also have trouble deleting users if I add the user, then immediately try to delete the user.  I think something else is going on.  Any thoughts?

Here is a list of modules installed on my DNN.  BTW, my DNN was upgraded from 4.5.x to 4.7.x to 4.8.0 to 4.8.4.  In otherwords, it was not a fresh install of 4.8.4.  Is there anyway I can capture any additional error messages in any logs that might indicate the problem?  I've looked at the DNN event log, and there are no events logged when I receive the error message.  Is there a way to enable enhanced debug logs? or SQL logs?  My site is on a shared hosting server with MSSQL 2005 database and I don't believe I have access to run any MSSQL clients and remotely connect to the database.  What I have is a kludgey web interface into the database.  Also, I don't believe it's a contraint violation related to foreign keys and such, as I can to into the database and delete the user record from the Users table without any errors.

Anyhow, here are the installed modules:
