I am the admin of my site.  I used to get emails when new users were added to the site.  Now I don't get them.  I get other emails when something is posted but not when a new user is added.  Everything else seems to be working fine.   Where Can I find that.

I made my normal account the administrator of the site in the settings menu.  I got the email when I made it an administrator group member too.  But when I create a new account on the site, I don't get the email stating a new member has been created.  The new member does however get the message that his account has been created.
