Hi,

I was configuring my DNN site, I was in the admin site settings> Advanced settings > Page Management section, I selected "Home" as the default page for each text box listed (splash pg., home pg., login pg. & user pg.), and have since been locked out of my site and when I try to open my home page, my browser returns the following message.

Redirect Loop

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

Any ideas on how to correct this problem.

Thanks in advance.

Arman.

it looks like the splash is forwarding to home and then trying to forward to home when it moves to the home page causing a loop. To fix this you're going to have to edit the database settings. Open up ms sqlserver management studio, open the database and run

select * from portals

Now you'll have to update the relevant values i.e. portals set splashtabid=null, usertabid=null, logintabid=null where portalid=0

update
