Yes, don't worry about those errors. They won't cause the restarts either.

How often is it restarting? Also note that if it only has low traffic, it'll stop and start all the time.

recently it has been going down quite often. I would say 2-3 times last week. I had to login as host and click the restart application. One time I only had access to the web.config so I added a space in there and it restarted the application.

What issue are you experiencing that is causing you to need to click "Restart Application?

Does something stop functioning?  DO you get errors?  It is NOT common practice for an admin to need to click "Restart APplication".

Clicking on any link or trying to go to any page brings me to the default page. And when I log in as the host I do not see any of the regular admin information like the admin drop down. all I see is the host drop down.

Those menus can vanish when a site has been sitting too long. You should make your application pool recycle on a regular basis. Once a day is good.

I recycle about 5.30am every day just to keep things fresh.
