Hello,

Sorry in advance if this is the wrong place for this.

We just installed the 1.00.04 version and spent a couple hours tracking down why our app got into an endless loop on the WindowsSignin.aspx page.  Fiddler showed it redirecting endlessly.

In AuthenticationController.vb, line 158:

                If querystringparams <> String.Empty And querystringparams.IndexOf("WindowsSignin.aspx") < 0 Then strURL = querystringparams

The check for WindowsSigning is specific to that capitalization of WindowsSignin.aspx.  We had provided a link for our users to login which was all lowercase so the check failed and caused the redirect back to windowssignin.aspx continually.

We modified our link but thought if the case-sensitivity caused us grief there are probably others out there with the same problem, so our suggestion is to make that a case-insensitive check.

Thanks,
Jason

Thanks Jason. Could you post that to the Public section on Gemini (http://support.dotnetnuke.com) so that I don't forget about it.
