Hi anyone,

I've been on this issue for nearly two weeks without any resolution.

Almost every time I create a parent poral I am greeted with the following error:

An Error Was Encountered During The Creation Of Your Portal. This May Have Been Caused By Specifying An Incorrect Password For An Existing User Account. Please Verify Your Details Before You Try Again.

It makes zero difference what I put in any of the fields of the form, whether existing or new users or totally random fake ones. I have installed and reinstalled DNN402 and 403 again and again. I can usually create one or two extra parent portals but then it inevitably stops with that error. The error message doesn't appear to relate to the actual error. Something else is wrong.

Surely someone is using Parent Portals. I cant be the only one. What's the secret? I'm hosted on Webhost4life if that makes any difference?
