is there a 3rd party module installed, which might have placed a foregn key and restrict the page from being deleted? try to delete all module on the page and clear the recycle bin before deleting the page.

The modules in all the panes were "Text/html", Deleted all of them and clear the recycle bin. Still the same error.

These are the only places and settings I can find that would block a page from being deleted but still I cannot delete a normal page in the portal. Actually when I make a test to delete a brand new added page to the portal/webbsite NOT EVEN that new page is deletable ... so there cannot be any wrong with settings below can it?
