I upgraded from 4.8 to 4.9 but can nolonger login to my admin or host accounts. Restored 4.8 version and everything is fine. Database is MSSQL 2005. Checked host and admin accounts in database and they are still there. Are the passwords being reset to something else?

Did you use the Upgrade version of DNN?  If not, you likely didn't copy the machine keys to the new web.comfig.  The Upgrade version does all the web.config merging for you.

I'm having the exact same problem.  I did use the upgrade.

Here is the error message:

Module Load Warning
