What is the soultion and where should I look to resolve the following error?

DotNetNuke Upgrade Error

The Assembly Version ( [ASSEMBLYVERSION] ) does not match the Database Version ( [DATABASEVERSION] )

ERROR: Could not connect to database.

Login failed for user 'webadmin'.

Hi Bryce,

It's not a version mismatch. It's a failed login. Check your connection string. DNN is trying to access your database through the account 'webadmin' and can't.

I suspect Peter's right.  The database login (in the web.config) failed.

I get this error when the SQL Server is down.
