Ok here is what happened; I installed a new module on my site. After reviewing and playing with it I decided to remove it. That is where thing went all wrong.
After removing it I started receiving server errors and was not able to get to dnn to work. The good news is that before I installed the module I made 2 back up copies of the site. One directly to my hard drive on my local computer and a SQL backup on the server were the portal is.
Ok so this is what I have tried, upload via ftp the backup directly to the server. After doing that I get this,

DotNetNuke Error: - Version 04.08.01

An error has occurred.
An error has occurred.

And this in the address bar: http://www.toddpearson.biz/Default.aspx?tabid=36&error=Object+reference+not+set+to+an+instance+of+an+object.&content=0
I any one has any idea on how I can get back please respond here or to me directly.
Thanks so much
Todd

It would help to know the module, and whether or not you backed up and restored the database.

I would be willing to trade some of my design services for some help with my website. If you’re interested in a new graphic design or a refresher for you business cards, Postcards, ect… let me know I’m sure we can work something out.

Thanks Todd
