I have translated all the store module in Italian, however, when I proceed to the checkout (the page where are the billing and shipping address details) all labels are in English.

The confirmation text and button are also in English.

I have used the Email gateway and I really should need this final and most important page localised.

I have not missed any files in the translation process (not those in the Store's folder anyway!).

I suppose, as with all data, this info can also be localised. Can you please help?

Thanks

The gateways have separate resource files, dlls, .ascx pages, etc.  You will need to update the resource files for the gateway itself to completely localize the store.

Thank you, I have localised the email gateway!

One more problem, however:

the buttons in the carts cannot be localised or, more probably, I am missing something else.

I have looked in the folder: DesktopModules/Store/Templates/Images and have found the two files that the store module uses for the "ADD TO CART" and "BUY NOW" buttons. I have changed these to use two .gif images in Italian. The problem is that if the user wants to see the products in English they will see the buttons with the Italian labels.

Is there a way around this problem?

Thanks.

Mario,

You could keep the original images and just change the name of the translated ones so you can have both sets in DesktopModules/Store/Templates/Images like this: AddToCart_blue_en-US.jpg and AddToCart_blue_it-IT.jpg, etc...

Who is in charge of keeping translations available for downloading? I just finished doing a Spanish set.

Regards

Fred Rossi

I had done that, however, for the EmailGateway, the store module doesn't seem to apply that logic!

Instead it uses the following files to show to cart's buttons: addtocartimg.gif and purchaseimg.gif. The localisation logic for these, unfortunately doesn't apply.

the .gif file doesn't get localised.

Regarding the second point, I didn't quite understand what you meant!
