Hi All,

I've noticed that recently DotNetNuke.com seems to be throwing the following error quite a bit since upgrading to 4.9.0:

http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Default.aspx?tabid=795&error=Item+has+already+been+added.+Key+in+dictionary%3a+%270%27++Key+being+added%3a+%270%27&content=0

I wanted to post here so that the site admins can investigate the issue.  My guess is that it has something to do with caching code because that code has been updated in 4.9.0 and it does seem to be sporadic as well.  Also, sometimes the eror shows up inside of the DotNetNuke application and sometimes it shows up in the upgrade-type screen.

Does anyone have any feedback on this?  Additionally, I've been getting random "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" errors and "RoleName is Null" errors.  It doesn't happen all the time - it is sporadic.  Is anyone else getting these errors on DotNetNuke.com ?
