Has anyone had javascript problems with the events module? Here is what I have done:

  • I have edited the web.config file to use the standard DNN human friendly URLs
  • I am running the site on a test server with a different port, 8090
  • I am using an alternate Menu instead of SolPart
  • I am using the latest version of the events module
  • I have an admin skin that uses the solpart menu

I have the events module set to display the events in List view and when you click the link for an event nothing happens, no page opens with the event information. The links are javascript code and at one point I did receive a javascript error on the page, but haven't been able to reproduce it since, even in different browsers.

I was able to reproduce the javascript error in IE by clicking on Month view and then back to List view. Here is the error:

Line: 362
Char: 17
Error: Object required
Code: 0

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Still having this issue, Month view is the only view that works without error.
