Timo,

Have you actually run this code in DNN?  It will not work for me. I get 183 errors when I do this and try to build the site. Most errors are:

"Error    155    Request for the permission of type 'System.Web.AspNetHostingPermission, System, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx' failed.

and

"Error    159    Unknown server tag 'dnn:label'."

Yes, but not in the source but an install version....

I do this all  the time...

Oh my...  My BAD!  The errors were from something else...  if i just browse to the site taht was already running, I can see that if I swap the page skin to the include example, it works! your solution indeed does work perfect thanks!!!
