I want users to login with their Email instead of username or in other words, they put email address in username field. I search for in it google , but couldn't find any help. ( Of course other than third party modules. )

sorry, but this is not an option, offered by DNn out of the box, you will need a custom membership provider.

As you noted, there are third party modules that provide this functionality.  I believe that Data Springs Dynamic Login and Dynamic Registration do this.  I think that it would be difficult to try to reproduce this functionality for the cost of simpley purchasing them.
