I purchased a skin and container zip file. No problem uploading it to DNN - it shows up in the skin and container menus.

But when I try to apply it to the site or any page I get the following error in red text across the browser window:

Could Not Load Skin: /Portals/_default/Skins/s020_3/admin full.ascx Error: Parser Error: Could not find file "d:\content\metrogroup\ValueApps\DotNetNuke\Admin\Skins\Language.ascx"

Some of the colors changed but the layout stayed the same. I created a new page and applied the skin with the same result. I've looked through all the posts here and didn't see this error message anywhere else.

This is my first DNN site and I'm a writer not a programmer. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the help but I was not able to do that.

My version of DNN is 3.01 and is running in a virtual folder. I deleted all the pages using that skin and things are working again.

I'm exploring this tool and - if it seems right - I plan to move to a more substantial host and install the latest version.

I checked a couple of hosting companies. One offered an installation tutorial that called for opening lots of files and modifying several parameters. Right now that looks like it could be over my head, technically. Are you aware of any hosting that offers a turnkey installation service at a reasonable rate?
